This is the west side of the Rte-195 Relocation in Providence RI, a sea of cement supports lie waiting for the roadway above. Surprisingly this area is wide open so I did a little scouting for another night shoot. The night sky was overcast with a lot of light pollution from the surrounding industrial lights.
