Wake up to bagful of pastries. Make way to other side of Pedregal to collect rocks w Dan & Dina. Then it's Asta la vista! Dina & Matthew head to Ensenada to catch some waves. Dan & I set out South; stop into town to convert some $'s to Pesos & snacks (& beer). Reach Bahia de Los Angeles - stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. Meet up with James Hall (Dan's research buds). Suck down some beers. Dinner of tortillas & beans/cheese. Meet some "...World" researchers. More beers & nappy time. Tomm with weather permitting (WIND) will head to an island w/ James & Dan to map nesting groups of Pelicans etc... Wind is howling now w/ 37 knt gusts. Hope this tent I'm in is really a 4 season!
