Here's the basics in post couch / injury recovery zone.  It is flat with some loose gravel  but offers some areas for air and speed.  There are partial dune like areas and a trestles crossing that goes runs a trail along the ten mile river to the reservoir. To get a work out here you are either out of shape or going full burners.   Here's a tip though, night rides are more than interesting and look out for all the skunks!
