Ball Brown Ale Deep colored brown ale, this time bottled in 12 oz'ers.
Friends Porter A porter that will warm the heart, plus all of my friends mug shots are on the labels. A bit light for a porter , tastes like a porter but looks more like a brown ale. Bottled these babies in 22 ozs, counted up to 3 cases ~36 bottles.
Gamerx Porter Deep color, rich flavor (not too earthy) with a low carbonation but still was capable of sustaining a great head with every sip.  The brew was left in the fermentors for 3 weeks prior to bottling and an addition 2 weeks in bottles at 67 degrees prior to serving.
Koffe Porter Same as above but with 8 cups of coffee.  Did not seem to effect the flavor in any way.  Next time will try using a complete decanter of coffee to get the robust flavor similar to Red Hook's Double Stout (w/ Starbucks coffee)
Brackenmire Stout Super deep color with earthy richness typically found in a stout.  As with  the porter less sugar was introduced to provide a low carbonation beverage.  The brew was left in the fermentors for approximately 3-4 weeks before bottling.  Damn, could stain the floor with this stuff!  This batch was bottled in what is now known as the commitment bottle (22 oz).

Remember, if others around you do not enjoy the brewing process and the aromas produced then perhaps an external burner would come in handy!  Plus if you don't have a pot with a see through top then maybe the overflow would best occur outdoors!
